Gray Line sells admission and shuttle tickets on the days of the Festival at each departure point from 9:30am – 5:00pm CT. Sales are cashless. The last bus leaves each departure point for the Fest at 5pm daily.
ACCESSIBILITY:
Lift equipped busses are available to assist Jazz Fest Express patrons who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices. Not all shuttle buses are equipped with lifts. If you are in need of a bus equipped with a lift, email tours@glnosc.com or call Gray Line in advance (preferably 48 hours) at 504-569-1401 or 800-233-2628 to identify your departure location, date, and departure time in order that we may better serve you. Or, when you arrive at the shuttle pickup or drop-off area, please alert the attendant and a bus with a lift should arrive within 30 minutes.
