COVID19 Safety & Health Protocols   - New Orleans Steamboat Company                                                                                       

Proof of at least one vaccine dose for all eligible individuals 5 years and older, or a negative COVID-19 PCR, molecular, or antigen test within 72 hours, is required at most indoor venues including dining and entertainment venues.

*Beginning Tuesday, February 1 everyone age 5 years or older will be required to show proof of two doses of the COVID vaccine, except for those who have received one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, or a negative PCR, molecular, or antigen test within 72 hours at restaurants, bars, and other businesses.

.  Our Staff and Crew will strictly follow these guidelines. Guests will be asked to provide proof before boarding the boat at the Toulouse Street Dock.

Tours including indoor spaces could be asked upon building entry by the location management.  . New Orleans Steamboat Company

                                                       Guests on bus tours are not required to show proof of vaccination..

  • Acceptable evidence of a COVID-19 vaccination includes:
  • LA Wallet App’s SMART Health Card.
  • An original, digital photograph, or photocopy of CDC Vaccination Card (both sides).
  • An official vaccine record issued by another state, a foreign nation, or the World Health Organization.
  • An official vaccine record issued through a vaccine clinical trial.
  • To ensure accuracy and safety guests are asked to present proof of vaccination, PCR or antigen test for entry onto the boats
  • COVID tests and vaccines are available locally but turnaround times vary. 
  • Currently the mandatory mask mandate has been reinstated.
