Accessibility
Please submit any special accommodation requests at least 48 hours in advance of your date of service so that we may supply a vehicle equipped for wheelchair accessibility.

Admissions
Admissions and other fees are included in the tour/cruise pricing but food, beverage, and gratuities are not unless otherwise noted.

Assistance
Should you need any assistance when in New Orleans, please visit us at our Lighthouse Ticket Office or call us from 9am-5pm daily (until 7pm on riverboat cruise nights) at (504) 569-1401 or (800) 233-2628.  .

Cancellations
All sales are final. No refunds. Group cancellations are handled through the Group Sales Department at 504-569-1401.

Children
Children under 6 not occupying a seat travel free of charge. Children's fares apply to ages 6 through 12 years of age unless otherwise specified.

Clothing
Casual attire is appropriate for all tours. Walking tours may be on uneven sidewalks and streets, so please wear comfortable shoes.  During warmer months we recommend lightly colored clothing (no tank tops on men for evening cruises and tours).  Caps/hats, umbrellas, and sunscreen are also suggested. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone we determine to be dressed inappropriately.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the tour price and are appreciated by our guides when we meet or exceed your expectations.

Guides
Our tour guides are local and thoroughly trained, licensed, and ready to provide you with an unforgettable experience!

Groups
Pick-ups at CBD/downtown hotels for groups of 10 or more guests on most vehicle tours may be provided with 24 hours advance notice.  Group rates are available for groups of 10 or more.

Holidays
Tours are not usually conducted on Mardi Gras Day.  Riverboat cruises are not usually conducted on Mardi Gras, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Please check the current schedule for confirmation.

Identification
A valid passport is the only form of identification acceptable for international visitors to purchase alcoholic beverages in Louisiana.  State law prohibits sellers of alcohol from accepting any other form of identification. 

Itineraries
Although we make any revisions to our itineraries as far in advance as possible, Gray Line of New Orleans, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules, and prices, and to substitute stops and attractions on any tour without notice, and to use substitute equipment or vessels as necessary. We also reserve the right to require a minimum of ten passengers to operate any tour. 

Parking
There are public parking lots on Decatur Street that charge hourly rates.  Some require prepayment through an automated kiosk on site.  The parking lot closest to our Tour Departure Point is Jax Lot # P401, 500 Decatur St. www.premiumparking.com/P401.  

Pets
Gray Line New Orleans allows animals to tour with their owners as long as the animal is a Service Animal as defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).  Advance notice is requested if you plan to board or tour with a service animal.

Photography/Video
Flash photography and/or video are not allowed at some venues we visit.  Your tour guide will be sure to inform you.

Reservations/Ticketing
Book us online anytime from the "BOOK NOW" button on each tour description page or call us from 9am – 5pm daily (until 7pm on cruise nights) at (504) 569-1401 or toll-free at (800) 233-2628. Advance prepaid reservations are required for all tours.  Our Lighthouse Ticket Office departure location is also open during these hours. 

Responsibility Clause
Gray Line acts as an agent for the attractions included in these tours and shall not be held liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, injury, or damage which may result from the acts or omissions of any company or person operating such attractions. Not responsible for any articles left on coaches.     

Smoking
The Riverboats are non-smoking vessels both indoors and on the outside decks.

Translations
Out of respect for other guests listening to the tour narration, we do not allow vocal translation during our tours.

Venues
Venues such as museums, plantations, or clubs may vary based on availability and current health restrictions. Another equal venue is always selected.

Weather
Tours will operate rain or shine.  If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by government entities, guests will be notified through the email they provided when booking.
