Best Kept Culinary Secret

Every day Gray Line Super City tour buses pass Harrah’s Casino on a 24-mile route around the Crescent City. Guests know there’s great gaming inside, but few are aware of the enormous, sumptuous buffet. The spread includes a wide variety of specialty Louisiana delicacies along with Asian, Italian, and American Southern dishes. In addition, the Harrah’s dessert bar is the largest in the Big Easy.

”If you want a taste of Louisiana, you can get just about everything we’re famous for, from jambalaya to etouffee’ ,” says Executive Chef Chris Brown. “In addition to our carved platters, we have Gulf shrimp, fried chicken, sautéed vegetables and pecan pies. All you can eat for less than $16.”  The restaurant also boasts specialty nights when Chef Brown offers prime rib, oysters and Alaskan King Crab.    Click Here
