THE ONLY SHUTTLE THAT CAN TAKE YOU INSIDE THE GATES OF THE FESTIVAL!

Roundtrip air-conditioned transportation to and from the Fair Grounds.

Shuttle & Festival admission tickets will be on sale at the Shuttle Departure Locations on the days of the Festival beginning at 9:30am. All shuttles begin operating at 10:30am and will operate until all patrons have been transported from the Fair Grounds.

  Traveling Eastbound from Baton Rouge / Lafayette:
  Driving on I-10 East, after passing the Bonnabel Blvd. exit in Metairie, get in the middle lane, take 610 East, then get in your right lane and take the Canal Blvd. exit. Take a right on Canal Blvd. and go .3 miles (3 tenths of a mile). Take a left on Navarre Avenue and drive .5 miles (1/2 mile). Take a left at the dead end on Marconi Drive. Drive .5 miles (1/2 mile). Take a right on Zachary Taylor and follow the signs.
  
  Traveling Westbound from Slidell / Biloxi:
  Driving on I-10 West, after crossing the Industrial Canal "High Rise" bridge, get in your right lane, take 610 West, travel past a few exits and then take the Canal Blvd. exit. Take a left on Canal Blvd. and go .3 miles (3 tenths of a mile). Take a left on Navarre Avenue and drive .5 miles (1/2 mile). Take a left at the dead end on Marconi Drive. Drive .5 miles (1/2 mile). Take a right on Zachary Taylor and follow the signs.
  

 

JAZZ FEST EXPRESS AND ADVANCE ADMISSION TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS ON APRIL 22 (FOR THE 1st WEEKEND) AND ON April 28 (FOR THE 2nd WEEKEND)

• Hilton Hotel Concierge Desk (Poydras at the River) [8am – 4pm]
• Sheraton Hotel lobby - Camp St. side (500 Canal St.) [8am - 4pm]

Admission tickets will not be sold separately but must be purchased with shuttle tickets. Shuttle tickets with or without advance admission tickets may be purchased by calling 504-569-1401 or 800-233-2628.
