Children under 6 not occupying a seat travel free of charge. Children's fares apply to ages 6 through 12 years.
Food & Beverage
In order to keep our vehicles clean for the enjoyment of all guests, customers are permitted to bring only dry snacks and beverages with tops on board. Coolers or meals are not allowed.
Pick-ups for groups of 10 or more on most vehicle tours at CBD/downtown hotels may be provided with 24 hours advance notice.
Tour vehicles are equipped for wheelchair storage. Please submit any special requests at least 48 hours in advance of your reservations.
Tours will not be conducted on Mardi Gras Day and Thanksgiving Day.
While no revisions of the itinerary are anticipated, Gray Line of New Orleans, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules and prices, and to substitute stops and attractions on any tour without notice, and to use substitute equipment or vessels as necessary. We also reserve the right to require a minimum of ten passengers to operate any tour.
Refunds are issued only for cancellations made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure time. Group cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Reservations are required for all tours.
Out of respect for other guests listening to the tour narration, we do not allow vocal translation during our tours.
Gray Line acts as agent for the attractions included in these tours and shall not be held liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, injury, or damage which may result from the acts or omissions of any company or person operating such attractions. Not responsible for any articles left on coaches.
