All daytime tours begin and end at the Gray Line "Lighthouse" ticket office at Toulouse St. and the Mississippi River (at the Steamboat Natchez Dock), just one block from Jackson Square in the French Quarter.

Evening tours depart from the Gray Line Information Desk located on the ground floor of the Jax Brewery, inside the Toulouse Street entrance.


Please arrive at the departure location at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time.

Directions to the Gray Line Lighthouse Ticket Office traveling Westbound on I-10 toward Baton Rouge:

1) Stay on I-10 West (Don't take I-610).
2) Take the ELYSIAN FIELDS exit (#237). Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp.
3) Merge onto ELYSIAN FIELDS AVENUE.
4) Follow ELYSIAN FIELDS AVENUE toward the river.
5) Turn right onto DECATUR ST. heading into the French Quarter.
6) Turn left on ST. PETER ST.
7) Cross the railroad tracks and take a right into the parking lot. The Gray Line Lighthouse is on the left.

Directions to the Gray Line Lighthouse Ticket Office traveling Eastbound on I-10 toward Slidell / Biloxi:

1) Continue on I-10 East past the I-610 split. Get into the lanes marked I-10 East - SLIDELL. Stay in the right lane.
2) Take exit 235A heading toward the Vieux Carre (French Quarter) and merge onto ORLEANS AVENUE. Get into the left lane. ORLEANS AVENUE will become BASIN St.
3) Turn left onto CONTI ST.
4) Turn left onto N. RAMPART ST.
5) Turn right onto TOULOUSE ST.
6) Turn left onto DECATUR ST.
7) Turn right onto ST. PETER ST.
8) Cross the railroad tracks and take a right into the parking lot.
The Gray Line Lighthouse is on the left.

The parking lot fee is approximately $11.00 to $13.00 for up to 4 or more hours unless it is a special event. When you pass Rampart St., you are in the French Quarter. Please allow for extra time due to heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the Quarter at all times.
