New Orleans Helicopter Tour

See where old meets new with an aerial view of one of America’s most famous historic cities!

Depart from the Superdome and soar over the Central Business District toward Mardi Gras World and the Port of New Orleans.

You will discover why New Orleans is known as the Crescent City as you fly above the Mississippi River and view vessels such as the Steamboat NATCHEZ paddle wheeler, freighters, cargo ships, barges, tugs, ferries and others that ply its waters!

Enjoy a truly “bird’s eye view” of the French Quarter, including Jackson Square and the iconic St. Louis Cathedral, before following Esplanade Avenue past the Marigny and Treme Faubourgs (neighborhoods) towards Mid-City, the Fairgrounds (home to the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival) and City Park.

Your pilot will then direct the whirlybird over some of our above-ground cemeteries en route to Audubon Park, Audubon Zoo and the Tulane & Loyola University campuses before returning to the Superdome.

Note: Tour routes are subject to change due to sporting and other events at the Superdome, parades, festivals, etc.
